Every Nordtisch table is created under one roof, from concept to completion. Our production is fully integrated, without outsourcing or subcontractors, ensuring complete control over every stage of design and manufacturing.
Although our factory is equipped with advanced technology, the heart of Nordtisch lies in human craftsmanship. By uniting modern production methods with traditional woodworking expertise, we create furniture that honors both progress and craftsmanship. The result is more than a table. It’s a statement of dedication, precision, and authenticity made entirely within our own production house.
1. Wood Selection and Preparation
The process begins with the careful selection of high-quality oak, chosen for its structure, density, and the natural character of its grain. The wood is then dried and stabilized under controlled conditions to achieve optimal moisture levels and long-term material stability.
2. Precision Material Processing
Once prepared, the boards undergo primary processing – cutting, planing, and calibration. This phase defines the essential dimensions and removes any irregularities, establishing the foundation for precise, consistent craftsmanship across every component.
3. Shaping Through Advanced Technology
Using CNC and other high-precision systems, the wood is shaped into precisely defined forms. This stage ensures accuracy in details, clean geometry, and consistent joints, while preserving the natural integrity and character of the material.

Every Nordtisch product meets strict European (EN) standards and undergoes thorough quality testing to ensure safety, durability, and long-term performance.
